BSFL Frass is an all-natural, organic fertilizer, made up of the excrement of Black Soldier Fly Larvae (Hermetia illucens), containing beneficial microorganisms and a high content of chitin. It provides high quality, concentrated nutrition to soils, drastically improving the health of plants. It can be mixed directly into soils or used as a tea.

Unlike typical manure and composts, BSFL Frass contains chitin. Chitin is a protein found in the exoskeletons (molt) of insects. When plants detect the presence of chitin they increase their defense against insects, growing stronger cell walls, reinforcing their structure, which leads to larger leaves and an overall healthier plant with more vitality.

DIRECTIONS:

Mix into soils 4:1 (Soil to Frass)

Frass Tea - 1/2 Cup to 1 Gallon of Water (water plants 1 - 2 times per month)
